We have a leaky balcony roof and mold in the apartment. Zero reaction. No one answered the plumber's call. The entrance is not cleaned at all, wet cleaning is only for the elevator. Dirt and cobwebs all over the entrance. If the floor is not glazed, birds fall in and die. There is no water once a week.
