Good afternoon. When the hot water was turned off in the house on Krasnoslobodskaya str. 15 , building 1, they stopped putting up ads in advance for a planned shutdown of hot water. I don't mean some kind of emergency. People have small children. And they should know (at least a day in advance) that there will be no hot water all day tomorrow and plan their day somehow.
