In early November, I applied to Housing and Communal Services-7 with a request to replace the lamp holder on the floor, since due to its failure it is impossible to replace the light bulb and for the third month there has been no light on the floor. They promised to send an electrician the next day. The electrician did not come, as he did not come a day later and later.
A week later, I called them again and reminded them that the lamp cartridge needed to be replaced. Again, history repeated itself. They promised to do everything tomorrow, but in the end no one came and nothing was done.
11/21/2024 I called them again and reminded them that I was calling them for the third time and they had promised to send an electrician since the beginning of the month, but nothing had been done. Again, there was a reply on duty that the master would be sent tomorrow.
It's already 02.12.2024. Do you think the master has come? Of course not. There is no light on the floor, and since it gets dark early, you have to poke the key into the keyhole by touch.
There was a metal urn near the entrance earlier, but for some unknown reason it was removed. Moreover, this was done selectively in a number of neighboring houses. Apparently, so as not to bother with cleaning once again. And instead of an urn, there is now a five-liter eggplant hanging on a tree from under the water, where it is proposed to throw cigarette butts.
I don't even want to talk about the fact that every winter paths are sprinkled into the ice randomly and not everywhere.
The question arises – why are residents obliged to make timely deductions for maintenance, which includes repair and cleaning of the entrance, including timely replacement of light bulbs, but do not receive this most complete maintenance?
What is the legal language for a situation when a person paid for a service, and subsequently it was not provided?
I would like to hope that this review caught the eye of someone from higher management or representatives of regulatory authorities to bring order to the work of this organization. After all, it is precisely because of such a negligent attitude of individual employees towards citizens that they get the appropriate impression about the work of institutions.
Housing department 7 is not competent, they do not want to work, the indifference and rudeness of the dispatcher... Get through
It's hard to get busy, but the boss is not in place... They gave everyone heating on Wednesday, but there is no heating! I call every day, supposedly they write down the address, but no one comes.within 10 days.... But then, dear ones, you should recalculate the heating according to the application, and not take it at full cost....
Terrible, the most terrible service! Since 10/15/2024, our neighbors have been drowning us every day! Housing and communal services promise to replace pipes every day, there is zero reaction! They just stop picking up the phone! The boss feeds you breakfast and then blocks you everywhere!
I have a small child, there is a flood every day, no one came even at the request to draw up an act of damage!
