There has been no hot water for 3 days, heating has still not been given!!!! The apartment is 15 degrees!!! What a mockery of people!!!! I understand that it is impossible to do without the intervention of higher authorities!!! It's terrible, they always have some kind of problems, in summer the grass is waist-high, in autumn you can't wait for heating, the light on the ground floor has not been lit for 3 weeks....The shock of indifference!!! What we pay for utilities is not clear!
