In our city, little was built according to the project. If by University, then: First of all, even the language is not taught . .. a poor building for such a higher educational institution. I think the students are not proud of him, the knowledge is Yes. I am a native of this city. How many secretaries and akims ruled the city, but I do not know, there are no sensible things that would please the residents. Basically, many institutions are in adapted buildings. Maybe there are no prospects for the city? Then I would have understood. I don't want to go deeper, there are specialists who are responsible for this.
