After the arrival of the police, they decided to hurry up the ZHES and it turned out that "the application has been completed. no left connections were detected." Not only did I have to go for an electrician to the ZHES to help them do their job, but now I have been waiting for more than a week for a paper about an "extraneous connection"! They just call and reschedule the days. I can't understand the pleasure of dragging out the writing of one conclusion for a whole week.
