I'm sorry, of course, but what a boor is working, and this applies to all staff. It's a pity there's no score of 0. No one wants to work for them, out of 10 plumbers, only 2 work. And people have to suffer and postpone their repairs and so on. No questions solve why they exist at all is not clear. Either work or don't take other people's places.

They left a request for snow clearing on Kristallovskaya Street on December 8, so they answered only on December 23, allegedly cleaned and sprinkled the road, and even took the trouble to send a photo.
