This is probably the best state institution I've been to)! The staff is polite, the technical conditions were made as soon as possible. Design tips were given. Well done!

When they conclude contracts for services with the owner of the house, they take the signature from any person who comes across, and not from the owner, the consumer of services. And they believe that the contract is valid with such actions. The attitude towards visitors is not polite to say the least. It is difficult to resolve the issue that has arisen. There is a feeling that employees come there to get paid, not to work.
