Good afternoon. On May 16, 2025, we became the owners of a new apartment in a new building. The apartment is renovated and we were very satisfied with it, since before that we lived in a hostel. We have already registered and are finishing the move. We contacted the Housing Balance six or seven years ago, but then we had some doubts, and there was no one to tell us, since there was very little information about housing. We really regret it now. In November 2023, we nevertheless signed a contract and today we have an apartment for which we have to pay a little more than half the cost. I would like to say thank you to all the employees of the Housing and Communal Services, but special thanks for the help of Irina Furman.This fragile girl did everything possible and impossible to make this deal happen. Hello.

Hello, I found out about the Housing balance by chance from the Internet, at first I studied all the information myself, then my husband and I decided that we needed to go to a collective consultation, where experts tell us everything in an accessible language. Later, we signed up for an individual consultation, where we signed an agreement in April 2023. We went towards our goal, made payments, and in November 2024 we received a call from the Housing Balance, informing us that we could look after an apartment.
