We learned about the Housing balance from numerous reviews from friends.
We decided to go for a consultation in January 2024. At the same time, we went to the bank and realized that the conditions of the Housing balance were more realistic for buying an apartment.
Already in February 2024, we signed a contract, and in September 2024, we received a call and were informed that we could choose an apartment. In December, we reached a deal.
Despite the fact that the contract was concluded based on the cost of a 2-room apartment, we chose a 3-room apartment on Pushkinskoye Ave. and fully fit into the amount of the contract.
Thank you for the work of all employees of the Housing Balance throughout all stages of interaction. It was scary to join, because the scheme of work looks like a pyramid. But the transparency and professionalism of the staff dispel doubts. Many thanks to Natalia for accompanying the transaction and for explaining every step!
If there is a desire to buy an apartment, but there are fears, you should be afraid, but do it. Then everything works out!

I want to express my gratitude to the entire Balance team! Starting from consultation and ending with the design of the apartment!
The three-piece in the new building officially became mine a week ago! Hurray!
We all know how difficult it is to build or purchase housing through a bank: documents, certificates, guarantors, etc. Everything is simplified as much as possible here. Everything is clear and understandable!
Maybe at first it seemed like a muddy adventure, but the fact is that the apartment has already been officially registered in the BTI in my property)
And I also want to say that during the time I was thinking about joining or not joining, the cost of the square increased and the apartment cost more (if I had joined earlier, the cost of the square would have been lower, but this is the price the developers set).
I think that acquiring an apartment in this way is the easiest option. And overpayments are lower than through a bank (unless, of course, you have a preferential loan from a bank). Yes, there are overpayments, but how else, thanks a lot, people are working...if you want, take it, if you don't want, don't take it) it's simple.
I took and now have my own apartment, with a beautiful view, a chic layout, in the area where we wanted - everything came together perfectly)
