Hello, my name is Vika. I'm from Vitebsk. I got married in April 2024 and my husband and I had a question (what's next?)
Since we lived in the apartment for about 4 years .
I went to consult a bank and a housing insurance company on the same day, but I decided in favor of housing insurance, since I am a sole proprietor and my husband works abroad. In the residential complex, you only need a passport and no certificates or guarantors)
Without hesitation, I waited for my husband from the flight and in July 2024 we made a deal.
Initially, we planned to buy a secondary 2-room apartment, but after a couple of months we decided to renegotiate the contract and increased the cost.
For payments
We have signed a contract for 170,000
The initial one was 30,000
Of course, we contributed as much as possible, because we wanted to move in faster.
And in March 2025, we were told to look for housing ( it turns out 8 months of accumulation )
We found the apartment in a week, because we knew in which area and our amount.
The deal went through quickly. And many thanks to Olga, who led us by the hand through the offices .

If you have no one to wait for help and you will not inherit the apartment)

I only regret that we didn 't sign the contract earlier , so much money was spent on rental housing .
