The Manhattan residential complex is located at Brusilovsky 163. Everything is within walking distance, and everything you need to eat in the complex. The apartment has excellent sound insulation, neighbors and extraneous noises are not heard. On the site, the apartments are located far from each other, which is very convenient. During the earthquake, there was a sense of security, as the house is monolithic. The entrance, the elevator are clean and the complex is also clean, the cleaning works well.

I'll tell you how it is... I live in this complex-no one cares about it.Constant showdowns with the choice of the chairman, then one, then the other, and there is no sense.There are constant fires-the last time when cars burned in the parking lot, we barely left the entrance-we almost suffocated.The hoods don't work, the fire alarm doesn't work... and nothing works…That's how we live…

Обычные квартиры. Есть двухуровневая парковка, куда можно спуститься на лифте. Закрытая территория позволяет детям гулять безопасно от машин. Из минусов - Стены очень тонкие. Дома стоят близко друг другу. В окна видно только окна соседнего дома
