The complex is good. The location is great. There is a trolleybus and bus ring nearby. The park is nearby. 5 min walk. Due to the construction of a new house, with a panorama of the sea, not everything is rosy. Opposite there are 3 shops. One around the clock. The price of the apartments is above average. There's nothing to do with a skinny wallet there.
