Having informed the administrator about this, they scheduled a second departure of the master for 28.09. The master did not arrive at the facility, referring to the fact that he did not get through. After calling the help desk, it turns out that the master simply could not leave. I will clarify that the entire period from the moment the bath was filled and until 28.09 the bathroom was not used due to the lack of sides between the bathroom and the wall, I do not fill them with the argument that this is for a fee. Fortunately, we live in a private house with a sauna.2 Years ago, we already used the services of this company , everything was done perfectly, the master filled in the sides without separate boards. No smudges on the walls.

The company is unreliable. The master was called in order to restore the bath. In the contract, he prescribed that he would make a marble coating, assured us of this. Eventually, after his work, we found an empty bucket of acrylic paint. As you know, we were brazenly deceived. After a while, it turned out that the "master" had pulled out the drain for us. Apparently, I couldn't unscrew it. We will buy a new one. Think a few times before seeking help from the "specialists" of this desk.

At the first inspection, my mother did not see all the problems, she said that everything was fine and I sent 36,500 tenge to the master for Caspi. Having provided all employees of both the CC and the complaints department with photos and videos, I was told to wait for the arrival of the master again on September 15. I categorically refused to wait for the 15th, since I have 3 small children and need to bathe them somewhere, but there are such irregularities and burrs that you can cut your legs and anything. All these problems are caused by the fact that there are burrs, air bubbles, irregularities. The master replied, you got dirt there or you poured water and the tub is crooked.
I didn't pour any water as he turned off the faucet, and that's how it stayed. I also couldn't put the dirt inside the acrylic myself, since I didn't do it. The fact that the bathtub is curved before the restaurant, it was perfect, but just a little worn out, but not curved and without streaks and all sorts of burrs and bubbles.
