the organization does not react to anything or anyone!!! in the house on 22a Vatutina street on the 9th floor of the second entrance, it was just amazing. and I don't pick up the phones in my apartment, there is also zero reaction in the local housing department 3. The frame on the floor rotted many years ago and the window fell down, filled with pieces of glass. in the rain and snow, the whole floor is constantly wet, the fragments are about to fall out, there is no half of the window at all. I'm already silent about apartments where it floods from the roof!!!!!!!!
