A water pump, yes, there is, water was bought several times, it is not stored for a long time, a day or two and that's it. It is unclear why the location is signed as a grocery store. The nearest grocery stores are only on MOPRa and Khlebosolye on Cosmonauts Square. A whole neighborhood was built, but the grocery store was never "born."
