Only advantages, a cool residential complex, always clean territory, clean entrances, everything you need in the complex is a pharmacy, shops, beauty salon, offices, etc,
We rent an apartment in Aelita. The house is well built, after the earthquake, nowhere in the apartment is cracked. The walls are thick, you can hardly hear the neighbors. The neighbors are mostly friendly. In the courtyard there are two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a dry cleaner, a beauty salon. All at affordable prices. There are many other shops, several cafes, an ozone pick-up point, several kindergartens and educational facilities, a large park and a botanical garden within walking distance. The territory of the residential complex is green, flowers are planted, beautiful trees, there is an area where you can walk in the evening. In summer, you can walk to Yesentai and the Villa with pleasure.
One of the disadvantages for me is a lot of cars in the yard. In summer, the windows cannot be opened for a child's daytime nap - someone is constantly honking. There is a parking lot along the playgrounds, taxis often stand there, waiting for customers and all the kids get exhaust. Small ants periodically appear in the houses, the administration promises to solve this problem. In the summer, I saw them being poisoned in the yard. And in summer, there is often a smell of sewage near the guards at the lower barrier. Otherwise, the impression is positive.
A comfortable residential complex with all amenities. The only drawback is that there is no Caspi ATM and terminal nearby. Clean, protected area. There are beauty salons, shops, magnums, playgrounds))))
Honestly, the LCD is not very old, the old environment of the kindergarten is terrible, the entrance is not comfortable at all
The road is broken in general
Repairs are needed, it is not comfortable here
A cozy residential complex, crowded, While there are enough Parking spaces for everyone. The apartments are large, the courtyards are clean and in colors. Own shops and a beauty salon, children's educational centers.
It's magical, kind people and everything around is very neat. The playgrounds are in excellent condition. Aelita's supermarkets have everything you need.
Not a bad LCD, a lot of Parking spaces, but there is nothing for children over 7 years old, there is no playground, turnstiles. It's nice that the grass is planted in huge shapes, without them everything is simply rolled into asphalt.
A wonderful residential complex. A cozy courtyard. Two entrances and exits. Underground parking. Near the gas station and Al-Farabi. The complex itself has everything you need. Shops, etc. Adequate tenants.
One of the early residential complexes. Good infrastructure, excellent work of KSK. There is always the possibility of parking inside the complex, for those who have a pass or stopped by as a guest. The ride including the elevator is cleaned daily. The territory of the residential complex is in flowers in summer, even in snow in winter, without snow! Each house has its own heat meter, which allows you to pay small amounts for heat in winter, and in summer, respectively, utilities and even less. The main expense is for the care, lighting and cleaning of the territory and the protection of the complex. There are a lot of people living in the residential complex, mostly positive and friendly people. There are three playgrounds on the territory, the children love the upper playground more.
A great LCD was there for the robot .beautifully clean, the residents are kind, the entrance and exit guards look carefully and strictly know their job.
I liked the LCD.
👍👍👍
I have been living in this complex since its foundation. Everything is fine, except that there are too many cars that do not belong to residents. The yard is literally filled with them. It would be great if all cars not owned by residents, but by employees of various offices, remained outside the complex. Sometimes it's difficult for me to park, and sometimes there just aren't any places at all.
I lived for a month. As a result, feedback from technical support has not yet been established, if there is no heating, you decide for yourself, not knowing where to call, the walls seem to be made of drywall and that's all. I am dissatisfied with the developer. Sad for those who bought real estate there
LCD is not bad. New. The courtyards are closed. Children can walk by themselves. Of the disadvantages, parking is only inside the house, very expensive. There is no outside parking.
I do not like the level of repair in common areas, entrances, Parking, broken road.
I like the location, the level of security, and the systems that work properly.
Although the LCD is called AELITA, it does not match the name. In winter, the snowdrifts were knee-deep, the snow was not removed, the snow turned into ice, which made it impossible to get to the parking lot at the central entrance, it was at a good slope and even rolled ice. Instead of cleaning the roads, the administration put up a detour sign. The houses are not of high quality, everything is in cracks.
A good complex. Those who have a house on the side of the roadway are not lucky - it is very noisy. It is impossible to open the windows (because of the noise, you can't hear anything-neither talk nor watch TV)
