Excellent LCD We lived here for 1.5 months The view is very beautiful on the high floors, especially from the panoramic windows of the living room There is a private courtyard Nice houses, warm, clean entrances Very convenient location, there is a large shopping center nearby, a park with playgrounds behind the LCD, many beauty salons nearby.

Good location. A large Dostyk shopping center is within walking distance. Fenced yard. There is a small shop inside the courtyard. Shimbulak Group is 20 minutes away by taxi or by the 12th bus (stop nearby). The house is being renovated. I rented an apartment (1 room with a kitchen area). I was satisfied with everything. However, the apartment has been renovated for a long time.

We rented a KV in this residential complex. The apartment was once in excellent condition, but that was a long time ago. Sofas are sagging, everything falls off, etc. The residential complex itself is an ordinary house with tired repairs in public places.The concierge was seen 1 time per week.The ride is clean, the elevators were working.The noise from the avenue is audible, but you can live if you don't open the windows.
