Nice residential complex, closed territory. Elevator to the underground parking. Reasonable cost of Parking space. Good transport accessibility. There are two fitness centers nearby. The disadvantages are poor sound insulation and lack of exhaust.

The residential complex is conveniently located right behind the n.sats theater and in front of the akimat. A quiet area. The yard, although not large, contained a football field and a children's playground.
