As in many complexes on the outskirts, the developer did not bother with the costs of arranging an underground parking lot. For sure, there was an underground parking lot in the TK of the project, or areas for surface parking. But, this is the outskirts of the city, the buyers are ordinary people, albeit with the same money. It is better to buy citizenship for investments in a tropical country instead of parking and set aside several million offshore.
