We rent an apartment here, and there are nuances. The main negative point is the noise and the contingent. For some unknown reason, playgrounds are made right under the windows here, and from morning until late at night, trash and fumes are going on there. In the warm season, there is a real CROWD of people under the window, who apparently have nothing else to do - they sit for hours under the window, chat on the phone, chat, blunt, and their ill-mannered children, who don't care about anyone, run around howling. They can turn on children's songs on the column to the fullest, for example, or cut circles on the paving stones on a rattling scooter. Their parents do not instill any respect for other people and are not going to.
If you work remotely or want to sleep during the day, this is a problem. The sound insulation in the house is also not so good, and the sound is carried by some bizarre routes, such as on the 2nd floor, the 5th is strongly audible, and diagonally.
The security in the LCD is for show, it does not carry any useful function, they stick out in the booth at the entrance all day, I do not even remember bypassing the territory. There was an incident with drunk people in the yard at night - the guards don't care, it's not even clear how to contact them. No reaction to the incidents.
The LCD itself is yes, clean, cozy, there is a good infrastructure. But some kind of regulation of people's behavior is very lacking, for example, fines for noise or at least the activity of security guards.
Advice, if you buy an apartment: take the windows to the street, not to the courtyard.
