The house is good, multi-apartment high, in a word, like an "Anthill". The Playground is Beautiful, but Small. I'm not talking about Parking at all, if only we could block all entrances, keep cars out of the yard. It's a nice thing, a private house was demolished next to it, Parking was made, no, everyone is trying to put a car right in the entrance, there's nowhere to go and the kids can run. There would be Money in the house, even if you chose it.

Хороший дом. 1-3 подъезды 12-этажный. 4-7 поъезды 13-этажный. 8-9 поъезд 14 этажный. Всего 9 подъездов. Имеется детская площадка, Парикмахерская, супермаркет "Самрұқ", магазин "Айдар", минимаркет "Нұр". Рядом домой казахская школа-лицей 61, смешанная школа-гимназия 26, Гос.садик "Батыр" и тд.
