This is where I lived. A convenient and beautiful location in the very center of Astana near the Presidential Park. There is also a beautiful illuminated park with alleys and a fountain nearby. Unfortunately, there were problems with parking and underground utilities in the house - the water was leaking.

Beautiful yard, everything for children, clean. Excellent minimarkets, the Bubnovsky Center is located in the house on the ground floor, on the other side of the Almaty cafe. Excellent location, near the Prosecutor General's Office, opposite the park, the library named after the first president, the Ishim River, the House of Ministries, the Central Committee of Kazakhstan. I recommend it to everyone.

I won't say anything about the house itself and its quality, but…
The house has an extremely unfortunate location. Endless traffic jams, ill-conceived driveways, endlessly honking drivers. The access road is actually one and it is always congested (because it is actually single-lane). There is a kindergarten opposite the exit from the parking lot. Accordingly, dozens of cars leave their children in the morning, and in the evening dozens of parents go to pick up their offspring. You can live in a house only if you don't have a car and don't plan to.
