great community with good environment, lots of trees, no cars allowed in the community. good management service groups, but 3 times more fees than regular apartments though.

Great new neighborhood. Near the airport. I rented a 2-room apartment. 6,000 per day. Nearby there is a grocery store, cafe, Chinese cuisine restaurant. It is convenient to get to the center.

In general, it is a convenient location.
It's nice and peaceful inside.
But there is a construction site around the perimeter, it is noisy and dusty. There are no supermarkets nearby, the nearest shopping cart is a 15-minute walk away.
Periodically, the light and gas can be turned off.

A convenient residential complex according to European standards, as a resort place, there is a car wash, a football and basketball field, many trees, climate fountains are launched in the morning and evening, 3 playgrounds, a gym, charging for electric cars, free parking, a banquet hall. In the new year, the entire residential complex was decorated with garlands. The children were happy. The apartment has Underfloor heating. It was warm in the abnormal winter of 2023, and relatives from the mahalla temporarily moved in with us. The wide marble front doors are pleasing to the eye. It is a pity that there are no 4 rooms. Mostly 3 rooms. 5-6-room penthouses of 200 sq. m. there are, but very expensive.

I have been living here for a year now, when buying an apartment we counted on the normal promised repairs, using Turkish materials and equipment. As a result: terribly cheap plumbing, repair of the mountain in half, built-in furniture also leaves much to be desired, the equipment is the cheapest. One plus: a courtyard and a parking lot where you can safely walk with your child on the playground. The quality of the apartment has only disadvantages.

The quality of the repair is poor, the tiles are already moving away from the walls, there is no grout, intermittently problems with communications (in winter there was too little gas pressure, respectively, the boiler turned off and there was no heating or hot water). Next to the construction site of the next stage, there is noise and dust from it. It's a long way to the subway. The buses don't really run, at least we've never seen them. So you can only travel by taxi or by your own transport.
Among the advantages: a beautiful interior, an enclosed courtyard, near a school and a basket
