We bought an apartment in this residential complex a little less than a year ago. There are many advantages! - Large parking, playgrounds, good courtyard lighting and a grocery store within walking distance. We took an apartment with a clean renovation from the developer - I really like stretch ceilings, high-quality doors and linoleum. It's SOOOOO warm at home. In winter, we do not turn on the battery and sometimes even open the balcony to ventilate the room. But there are also disadvantages. Very poor sound insulation ((( You can hear the neighbors talking, how the children are having fun and even how they pour water into the kettle! Over time, a cookery and a hairdresser opened in our area.

A relatively new residential complex, the check-in is poorly executed, but rather it is due to the construction of the LRT. However, there is only one exit/check-in, very narrow, visibility is poor. Parking in front of the house is sufficient for residents. The entrances are minimalistic, the lighting is pleasing both in the courtyard and inside the house.
