A wonderful area! Positive: Nearby there is a garden, a school, a huge Korone-Uruchye store, a Korona House hardware store, guarded Parking for cars and a separate bicycle parking. Gorgeous playgrounds Minuses: There are no basements and storerooms, i.e. you have to store everything in the apartment. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro. Bus 1 and drives very rarely. There is a constant change of teachers at the school.
