A wonderful area!
Positive:
Nearby there is a garden, a school, a huge Korone-Uruchye store, a Korona House hardware store, guarded Parking for cars and a separate bicycle parking. Gorgeous playgrounds
Minuses:
There are no basements and storerooms, i.e. you have to store everything in the apartment. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro. Bus 1 and drives very rarely. There is a constant change of teachers at the school.

Great, there is a forest nearby, a pond, sometimes an animal comes out of the forest (in my memory, deer 3 times).A pack of stray dogs runs steadily through autumn and winter.near the school,kindergarten, shop,metro.kind people (I grew up in Serebryanka, where everyone is sullen and angry, something is wrong here)

A good area to live in is a good infrastructure, an empty covered parking lot between the crown and the mainland, a half-empty guarded parking lot N101, but many residents of the surrounding houses cannot walk 100 meters!!!
