Pros: location of the house 👍, near social facilities, city park, warm in winter, not hot in summer without air conditioning, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are spacious, 2 elevators, a large playground and 4 apartments are not noticeable, round-the-clock concierge service and maintenance, AXES, neighbors are responsive, a playground is equipped. CONS: gray facade, no Parking, repair of individual indoor playgrounds is required.

The apartments are very small. For this money, I would rather buy a house and a plot.
For a mortgage, do not take at least some kind of LCD... Debts, loans, mortgages.. This is all a problem. Better live for yourself!!! Allah is there!!!

Powerful shopping center conditionally. Where there are hostels, canteens, coworking, school in.languages, a fitness center, a bunch of pubs, tailoring and beauty salons. Everything is nearby.
