There are only trams and minibuses from public transport, it is a long walk to the metro. The apartments on the third floor are two-level attic, the living space is separated from the roof by only 5 cm of insulation, it is cold in winter and hot in summer. In appearance, this residential complex looks like an ordinary dormitory. Think about it before deciding to buy a house here.
