The Independence residential complex in Astana leaves an ambivalent impression. On the one hand, it is located in a great area — the proximity to major highways, schools and shopping malls makes it convenient to live in. The architecture of the complex is modern, and the surrounding area is well maintained: there is a Playground, recreation areas and some landscaping. The entrances are clean, with intercoms and video surveillance.
On the other hand, the quality of construction raises questions. Some residents complain of poor sound insulation, temperature fluctuations and defects in the decoration of apartments. The infrastructure inside the complex is not fully developed: a limited number of parking spaces, especially in the evening, can create inconveniences.
Apartment prices here are above the city average, which is justified by location, but not always by quality. The management company tries to respond to residents' requests, but, according to some owners, it is not always prompt.
In general, Independence residential complex is a good choice for those who appreciate the location and appearance, but it is worthwhile to carefully consider the acceptance of an apartment and clarify the technical nuances in advance.
