A passerby's view: several houses are quite attractive and well-maintained, but in the midst of chaos. On the one hand, the endless reconstruction of the embankment, on the other - the long-term construction. The proximity of the dog shelter also gives the place its own identity. Perhaps, after some time, the environment will become more attractive, but this is hardly the immediate prospect.
