Of the three elevators, there is only one, which rarely works. There is no hot water in the house, only cold. The water in the tap is very dirty, you can not drink or cook, black gusts, like resin. People change their washing machines every six months because of the water. There is no sewerage, all waste goes into the pit, on the territory of the construction site. Every evening a car arrives and pumps out the smell for the whole neighborhood. There are no documents, it is impossible to register!
