Great location - on the riverbank, at a good distance from the roads. Cozy apartments with a fairly large area. Good fresh renovation in the entrances. The house is in no way inferior to any new residential complex.

Nice house, we were visiting. But in the evening around 20.00 it is sooo dark outside the house and inside, where the Playground is. More lanterns..Svetaaaa! Especially on the children's playground during the warm period:)

Up to a certain point, it was one of the best housing complexes in Astana. It is located on the embankment in the center of the right bank. The layout of the apartments is gorgeous
