LCD "Sapa" is an apartment building, a beautiful-looking house, the yard is equipped with a playground, a football field, there are more or less greenery, near a shopping center, a polyclinic, a bus stop everything is fine, but the problem with mobile communication remains and cars, cars...you go home from work in the evening, it's impossible to park. The sidewalks were hardly cleaned this winter. The elevators are old. The house is flimsy. The neighbors are terrible. The noise isolation is also terrible. Thank God we're moving out of here.
