Nice house, quiet neighbors, clean entrance and playground. Many of the tenants are the owners. But the house is not new, so some apartments complain about the cold in winter. My apartment is warm. Because the house is in the form of a tower, almost all rooms have external walls and require insulation from the outside. Expensive home maintenance services. But the location is great. For work in Astana, I live in this residential complex, I really like the location, everything is within walking distance, I walk from here to meetings, walking areas and city attractions are all nearby. The house is beautiful. And the views from the window are charming 🔥
