Nice house, quiet neighbors, clean entrance and playground. Many of the tenants are the owners. But the house is not new, so some apartments complain about the cold in winter. My apartment is warm. Because the house is in the form of a tower, almost all rooms have external walls and require insulation from the outside. Expensive home maintenance services. But the location is great. It is easy to get by bus to both the right and left banks. There are parks, an embankment, supermarkets nearby

For work in Astana, I live in this residential complex, I really like the location, everything is within walking distance, I walk from here to meetings, walking areas and city attractions are all nearby. The house is beautiful. And the views from the window are charming 🔥

Great location and panoramic view. It is located almost between two banks, which makes it convenient to get to any point of the city, without wasting a lot of time. As a nice bonus, the proximity of parks, embankments and shopping centers.

Utilities charge a lot of money and don't do a damn thing. Fake concierges. The entrance was cosmetically repaired on its own. Now they are also making efforts to improve the thermal infrastructure. Isn't that included in the KSK services? The elevator is paid, the floors are not washed regularly.
