The object is unfinished to the end, the territory is not improved, there are no communications (gas is completely absent, electricity and water according to a temporary scheme, there is no normal centralized connection).
There is a fallen forest next to the house, huge pine trees are just lying around.
There's a doghouse under the house, dogs barking all the time.
The buildings around are very dense.
The area is uninhabited.
Given the cost of housing in this residential complex and all of the above, there are options on the market at this price without such troubles.
