Excellent location, well-developed infrastructure, fairly convenient Parking, beautiful view from the upper floors, everything is so civilized and cozy. Would I like to live there? Absolutely!

A good LCD, an enclosed courtyard, although you can easily get there. There is a small shop with everything you need in the courtyard. There is a parking lot nearby, but there are almost never any empty spaces.
