Pros; location -even right, even left stops are all close, near the embankment, park, several schools, kindergartens...minus -an uncovered yard

Not a bad place. But who allowed the buildings to be tiled, which flies constantly. But apparently the akimat is no longer interested in this.

A brick house near the embankment, there is everything you need for a comfortable life nearby, even a parking lot was attached, 4 only for the entrance it is so-so.
