There is no geometry in the D500 category 1 blocks, from the word at all. They do not look like glue for laying, especially for glue foam, the height difference is up to 7 mm (from 295 to 302 mm), although the characteristics on the KSI website indicate that deviations from the dimensions in length and thickness are ± 1.5, in height - ± 1.0 mm. Of the 400 blocks, 15 pieces are split and 12 glued. A solid marriage, which should be sold 2 times cheaper. They were bought on 08/12/2024.

I'm trying to visit the website of this rather large enterprise again, but it doesn't work. Sometimes it doesn't load, sometimes it knocks out an error, then the catalog itself (which, in my opinion, is one of the reasons for visiting the site) does not open. It feels like the site was made by 8th graders in a computer science lesson. For some sole proprietors, the site is more beautiful, more convenient, and most importantly always working.

I ordered a crane on the day of delivery, only one arrived. they said one broke down on the way, and the second helps to fix it instead of driving!!! as a result, two more arrived three weeks later, and I had to order the crane a second time, which is minus 29 thousand rubles! in terms of quality, there are a lot of chipped blocks, the geometry is +/-3 mm.

The company is not serious, the attitude towards customers is indifferent,
I arrived, paid, agreed on delivery a week earlier, in the morning on the day of delivery they started calling to postpone delivery (because the car was sent to some kind of production), after my refusal they called me and said that the car broke down and you can come pick up the money, or choose another delivery date.
And the fact that I paid for delivery on a certain date, took time off from work (waited for nothing), asked people to help, they don't care.
I do not advise you to rely on timely delivery, they do not care about customers.

A stable factory. High quality products. The people vote in rubles and this is confirmed by the queue of trucks for loading. Minus - private cabs are ready to go and load up, and if the buyer arrived in his car, he will wait for several hours. The conclusion is that the loader drivers in the workshop are on very warm terms with private truck drivers who are on duty and waiting for customers at the checkpoint. I'm shooting a star for this.

Terrible block quality. It gets worse every year. There are a lot of defects during transportation, not because it was carried poorly or unloaded, but because the block is like this. There will be at least 5 cubes of broken metal from the 36m3 truck. And the bricklayer will stuff such a block into the wall and throw half a bucket of glue at you. You take the block in your hands, you can keep a piece in your hands. Everything inside is cracked and ruptured, most likely due to a violation of autoclaving technology. If you don't see them, then you don't know where to look. When cutting an array into blocks, cracks are covered with wire, which is used to cut it, but when you start to align the row, you should rub the block a little and they climb out. The whole block is in huge holes, as if a bark beetle ate it. The stated errors in geometry do not correspond to reality, in real life, the block from the block may differ by 3mm in all planes. The manufacturer does not say anything about diagonals. I had 2 pallets with a broken diagonal of 5mm. At the same time, with all this, there is no dialogue at all, claims are not accepted, Do not take one approach you do not like. Moreover, at least you can arm yourself with a grid, even with reinforcement, even though every row will still be covered with cracks in 2 years

This is a real branch of hell on Earth.
Crazy lunch and break schedules, everyone has different ones. The murky purchase scheme is to write out first, then approve, then unsubscribe, then find a storekeeper, then find a loader - all this in different places (!), while the territory of the plant is huge.
If you plan to visit this place and buy blocks/mixtures or concrete products, be prepared to spend at least half a day there, take food and water with you.
I give 2 stars only for the quality of the products and a more or less acceptable price tag.
