Very cozy, spacious houses. It's a pleasure to sleep, I like the sound of the river. Breakfast is cooked, porridge pancakes, cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, omelet. You can order lunch and dinner.
It is located at the entrance to Gagry. There is a great place to park a car near the house.
The sea is 200 meters away, the price is very low for 3000 per day. There is hot water, there is air conditioning. I recommend it if you don't have very high expectations.

We rested here in August 2024, we really, really liked it! I will definitely come back! At first we lived in the Gagra hotel on Ardzinba Avenue, the noise from the road around the clock, then we got here, oh, it's a pity that it took a while. Location in a mountain gorge on the river bank, around the mountain, coolness and silence, paradise on earth! Delicious food and drinks (wine, chacha, compotes, etc.) in the cafe, the friendly hosts specially prepared breakfast early so that we would not go hungry on an excursion. Larisa treats you with her pastries, a kind and hospitable hostess! I advise everyone to try her eggplant salad! The houses are spacious, two-storied, each apparently differs in the composition of the furniture, depending on the request of the tenants. In ours, for example, there was a cot and a high chair for feeding a child. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, a set of dishes, a table and chairs on the terrace, a clothes dryer. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also large, everything is clean, linen, towels are clean, there was always light and water. The territory is large, no one bothers anyone. The sea is about 15 minutes away at a calm pace, the river is clean, we dipped, shallow, but there are deeper places, after the rain the water rose and bubbled. Nearby in walking distance are all the sights of Old Gagra, Primorsky Park, Gagripsh restaurant, Prince Odelburgsky Castle, various abandoned buildings, etc. In general, I highly recommend it! A wonderful picturesque place for the soul, located in the area of staraya Gagra. A very hospitable hostess. The house has two beds and a cot on the 2nd floor, and a double bed on the 1st floor. There is a refrigerator, there is a bathroom (shower, toilet), there is no kitchen. There is a common barbecue area in the courtyard. It is possible to park the car right next to the house. There is a cafe on site where you can have a delicious meal.

A great place to relax! Peace and quiet. The base is located next to a mountain river, which is just a salvation in the heat. It's not close to the sea, but it's not upsetting. The houses are air-conditioned, clean. There is a minimum number of dishes, an electric kettle. Pets are welcome. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Larisa for the warm welcome and help. The houses are located separately from each other. You can put a car between them so as not to block the clearing. There is a cafe with good cuisine. Very tasty khachapuri boat. We were here as a family in July 2023. The place is gorgeous, in a gorge between the mountains, next to a mountain river that changes color in the rain. There is a cafe of the same name nearby, the girls cook very tasty. Only here do you understand the beauty of the country, and if you go upstream, then wow is provided! The houses are great, big. Refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, shower and toilet, everything is available for a comfortable life. You can rent a convertible and take a ride wherever you want.

It's an amazing place. Beautiful mountains, lush vegetation, the view of the gorge, the mountain river is breathtaking. We climbed the mountains along the gorge 4 km, it was beautiful, we ate barberry, saw how wild lime grows and many more interesting things. To the sea 15 minutes slowly. Recreation center. The house is cozy, two floors, clean, hot water constantly, refrigerator, dishes, kettle, air conditioning, bed, towels are clean, cleaning every day. There is a lot of space in the yard, they were chasing a ball with their grandson. You can ride a bike (free of charge). There is a cafe on the territory, they cook delicious, everything is fresh, the prices are normal. Special thanks for the fried potatoes with meat and cakes and coffee. Many thanks to Larisa and Diana for their cordiality and kindness. I will definitely come back. I dream of coming here for the winter holidays - a book, a blanket and a glass of mulled wine. If you want to relax in solitude, in the mountains, on the banks of a small river - you are here. A little deeper from Gagra, along the river, 400 meters and you get to this recreation center. The houses are cozy, clean, two-storey. There is a Wi-Fi, a table and chairs on the porch, a cafe next to it, where ordinary simple homemade food is prepared. Very tasty and inexpensive. The portions are huge. I was passing through the base, but I wanted to stay a little longer. I recommend.

It's a beautiful place. It is located in a very picturesque place. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea, along the way you can enter an abandoned shopping center, an old abandoned ventilation station and the Oldenburgsky Palace. From the window there is a view of a towering mountain, a river flows in front of the houses. A very quiet and atmospheric place. Wonderful responsive and sociable staff who do not bother you. We were from January 2nd to 6th. The house accommodates 4 adults and a dog without any problems. There is a heater and air conditioning on the second floor so that no one is frozen. We rested in this place in August 2022. A company of 4 adults for 1 house. What I would like to note first of all is nature! A place in a gorge, a mountain river always runs nearby. And the sweltering heat is only 2 hours a day from 14:00 to 16:00. The rest of the time, the sun is behind the mountain slopes and the base is pleasantly cool, which was undoubtedly a great condition for us.
To the sea on foot at an average pace of 10-13 minutes, just a hint - after the square there is an underground passage, there is a passage under the bridge and for extreme athletes across the highway.
About the house itself: it is wooden, there is a slightly steep staircase to the second floor, the steps on it and the floors throughout the house creak violently. On the ground floor there is a double bed, a TV (but it shows 4-5 channels at most), a toilet and a shower, a refrigerator, a kettle and dishes. Towels are provided. On the second floor there are two beds pushed together, air conditioning. The linen is clean and white. There is a spacious veranda with a table and chairs, a very romantic atmosphere in the evenings.
There is WI-FI, it worked stably.
On the base itself there is a barbecue for those who wish, a washing machine, an ironing board, Parking spaces next to the houses.
The hostess promised cleaning every three days. We stayed for 4 days, no one decided to do the cleaning, but this is not critical because we were practically not at home.
The hostess herself is very welcoming. She responded to all our requests: find a transfer, late check-in, find onions and seasonings for barbecue. I am always ready to suggest and help.
Judging by the reviews, there used to be a cafe, but it was closed during our visit.
Definitely ready to come back here.

We lived as a family with 2 children. The house is warm and clean. There is everything you need.
The prices for the kitchen are excellent and the food is very tasty!
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. Shops and many attractions are nearby.
10 min walk to the Prince of Oldenburg Castle, 15 min by car to the White Cliffs beach (beautiful), park, promenade. Everything is within walking distance.

I had a rest in June 2023. The location of the base is very good, it is not hot, there is a mountain river with drops nearby, if desired, you can take a sunbed and sunbathe on the river (sun beds are provided). The sea is about 15 minutes on foot. I would also like to mention the administrator Larisa, who is very hospitable) cheese pies are just fire. Chacha is also on the level. A place of serenity, even dogs don't bark at night)) It's good for those who want peace and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I'm used to spending the night with a tent, when you wake up - and immediately have a view of the mountains, but here the place in the gorge between the mountains is completely different... but it is very picturesque, serene and I did not regret that I stayed. Because it seems to be in nature, but I was pleased with the level of comfort.
The air is crystal! I sat on the terrace in the evening or in the rain and worked on my laptop... It's a pure thrill... Among the mountains and under the sound of the river... It's a great pleasure to live in such a place. It feels like you are somewhere in the wilderness, although it is 7 minutes to shops and restaurants, 15 minutes to the sea, if you walk from the houses along the riverbed - very picturesque places, a waterfall, "delicious" locations for photo shoots. Some places are just like from a fanatical movie.
About comfort. Wonderful houses, clean, warm. The air conditioner works, which is a big plus: it's not so hot in summer and you won't freeze in the cool. There is everything for life: the refrigerator freezes well, the kettle. Showers are right in the houses (it happens at other bases that in a separate building and you need to go outside) hot water from the boiler. The bathroom is neat, there are sockets, a towel dryer.
The mattresses are new, it is comfortable to sleep, the linen is clean, towels.
Special thanks to the chefs and the hostess of the complex! Larisa is a wonderful, wise, responsive woman, if something does not suit you or is not enough, you can always negotiate! The chefs cook deliciously, I ate here all my vacation, I don't have to go far and the prices are affordable. They even make their own confectionery, cooler than in stores.
So I definitely recommend it!

4 adults and a child had a rest in Joekvar in mid-August, the houses are located in a picturesque place, among the mountains, a stormy river flows, it is perfect for lovers of a calm quiet holiday. 15-20 minutes to the sea, far enough. In the house on the ground floor there was a sofa- very uncomfortable, on the second there was a double bed, a euro cot was provided for the child. The bed linen is snow-white. The boards on the floor and the railing are poorly treated, it is better to walk in shoes, you can put splinters on. There are a lot of ants in the shower, the water pressure is weak. There is a kettle and necessary utensils in the house. A washing machine and an iron are provided free of charge. There is a cafe on site, the food is delicious, but the prices are very high. We would have come back again, probably not.

An amazing, cozy, kind, homely place!
The campsite has everything you need for a comfortable stay: clean two-storey houses with amenities, refrigerator, TV, Internet, laundry, bicycle rental and a restaurant where amazing people Zachary and Dilara work.
We arrived here for 5 days and every day my wife, my two children and I were over the moon with the food that our chefs prepared.
We will definitely visit them on our next vacation on the Black Sea.

I cannot unequivocally judge, since it rained all day during my stay, it was +6C outside. It was very cold in the cabins, I slept in a hoodie and pants. There is nowhere and nothing to wash the dishes, the houses are basically very empty, there are no zoning. Maybe in summer, in hot weather, it's cool there.
