In the summer of 2023, my friend and I rested at the Zhosaly sanatorium.There are many different procedures, the staff is responsive and attentive.The food is delicious,homemade,baked every day for an afternoon snack Wonderful nature, mineral water, lake . One disadvantage of the buildings is that they are old from Soviet times.Overall, we are satisfied.

I was with a friend this summer! We had a great rest and had a little treatment! The kitchen is SUPER!!!! Thanks a Lot To The Chefs. The doctors are competent, the staff is polite and calm. The rooms are clean, the linen is normal, it's a pity the Wi-Fi did not work well, the room was the furthest from the reception and did not catch well. We even went camping. I would like to update the buildings and equipment, everything is ancient, still Soviet. They drove the Gazelle back and forth. I could have had more rest, I regret that there were only 5 days.

There are no complaints about the sanatorium, there are complaints about the service in Karaganda!!! Why do you park your cars, I emphasize, not in the yard, but right on the sidewalk. Where there is not a parking lot but a pedestrian zone!!! The car is yours and the logo on it is yours. So take action!!!
