A complete disappointment. For the first time in this place, having decided not to pay attention to the negative reviews, we still gathered here to celebrate the christening of a 2-month-old child. The staff knew that we would be with the child. As a result, in another hall, the music is screaming like the last time, the baby is crying. When asked to turn it down, the staff replied that no one had warned them that we were going to have a baby. In any case, the hint that the staff is not smart... doesn't the word "christening" ALREADY imply the presence of a child in the institution? Horror. For dessert, a review about the serving of dishes. They're no different here either! Immediately upon entering, we were asked "when to serve hot?", to which we replied "now", P.S. we waited 2 hours for the first hot one))))
I advise you not to visit this institution! Simply spent money for tasteless food and not customer-oriented staff!

We were with my husband once passing through, decided to go on a date in the evening. The prices are very nice, the staff is polite, the dishes are not too original, but delicious. The tinctures are delicious. Very tasty. But. Only by pre-booking? Seriously? In a village with 5k population?

We came to Voronovo from Europe for the christening of our nephew. The attitude towards the guests is complete horror. In the second hall, the music is playing very loudly, when asked to turn it down a little so that the child calms down, they refused us, saying that everyone in that hall wants to have fun.
Aren't we the same customers as that gym? Or what kind of special relationship is this!?
The serving is long, the food is not tasty, I do not advise it!
