Several years ago I bought a very expensive Tefal Steam Ironing System from zigzag(z with small letters). It stoped working, so I brought it to service, paid 3000AMD for diagnostics and got it back with info, that heating element is damaged and no spare parts are available(model is less then 5 years). I was forced to buy another expensive Iron.
Recently I've decided to check Оld Iron in another service.
300AMD cost thermal protection resistance was replaced and Iron is making steam!!!!
zigzag charged me 3000AMD without even opening the Iron!!!!!
By far the best service center!
Responsive staff who delves into the issues and wants to help! If the problem with the technique caught you off guard - do not look for the best, you have already found it 👍
Terrible service center. On a faulty iron, from which water flows during ironing, they refused to write a conclusion about the malfunction. When I said that it was leaking and therefore defective, they said, "Well, you'll just iron it carefully." Disgusting attitude towards customers
A good store, a lot of computer products for every taste and purse. Polite sellers, good assortment. There is a good network of this store all over Yerevan. I definitely recommend it.

It looks good. But. For a long time and stubbornly refused to accept my camera for prevention, assuring that they do not do this - the simplest procedure for cleaning the matrix and optics, which I have done repeatedly in Panasonic service centers in four countries of the world. As a result, after my urgent requests to justify the refusal, the camera was accepted, saying that it would be sent to some other center for prevention, and they would tell me later how much it would cost. A month has passed, and silence - they don't call any of my contact numbers. I put three pluses only for the enthusiasm of the girls at the reception, who tried very hard to read the erased serial number of the camera - and so, one star should be left for rejecting the client.
