We ordered a polycarbonate gazebo from the company "Zikmes" LLC.Not only did they deliver it to us at 12 o'clock at night, but we ourselves made concessions to them and allowed them to bring it at such a time.Accordingly, at night, we were unable to consider the shortcomings of the order.And when they began to assemble the gazebo, they found that one board was broken, cracked, the rest of the boards were just terrible, everything was in knots and when you start screwing in the screw, the board just bursts...polycarbonate is covered in shoe marks, i.e. they walked on it with their feet, which is strictly forbidden, crooked, we had to trim it ourselves exactly.The structure of the gazebo itself is flimsy, although it was more expensive to take it apart for the winter, after calling the company, we were told that they could not help us in any way, we had to immediately evaluate the order, but once again at 12 o'clock in the morning we certainly did not do this..now you have to buy the board yourself.I do not recommend contacting this company.

In addition, it turned out that the set included a passport from a greenhouse of a completely different design, and in the warranty conditions it is written that the warranty obligations terminate if the installation instructions do not comply. The manager (tlf 6309222) reported that "it's too late today." They'll figure it out tomorrow. The perpetrators will be punished and senior manager Anton (tlf 8905436) will call me back before 13.00. When examining the imported kit, it stubbornly seems that there are not enough components, but without a passport and assembly instructions, we cannot say for sure. The next day, no one called back, and the phones of the manager and the senior manager stopped answering. We know what to do in practice!!!!!!!

Before the start of the vegetable planting season, it is unlikely that at least one will be worthy! At the slightest wind, the latches break off the doors, and the greenhouse flies away. The lintels in the greenhouse are liquid, they bend at the slightest touch. The company's employees respond to calls with a grin, promise to resolve the issue with the management, but the management does not pick up the phone. I bought a shtenli 210 pro concrete mixer for cash. They got used to it . There was no representative, only the driver, as well as the possibility to check. I put it together and checked it seems to work. Then, shortcomings were revealed in the operation process: the power button was periodically turned off under load during operation, and then simply stopped turning on, which was extremely unpleasant since the work is associated with its constant use. When contacting mangazin, the manager said that this is not a warranty case and it is necessary to contact the service center, which is extremely expensive at the cost of a button of 17.5 rubles. However, the result of the conversation about replacing the button did not lead to anything. The cost of the product is 858 rubles in cash . The company LLC Zikmes is bad, the product is not of high quality, the bottom is that they are not responsible. I highly do not recommend it, it is a pity that it is necessary to put at least one star, I would not put anything. In general, there are no words, only thoughts, and not good ones. The manager is disgusting.

There are no requirements for operating conditions and warranty obligations on the site. Upon receipt of the goods, the driver handed us the product passport, but we got acquainted only when we started installing it, it was too late to return it - 14 days had passed. Such a product is not worth this money (673 rubles). That's how people are deceived.

Second: when calculating, he said that he has no change, although it was already in the afternoon and judging by the dimensions of the body and the lack of goods, all requests were fulfilled , in my opinion there was some kind of one package of something in the body , so clearly the driver was lying...
I offered to drive up to the store and change the money, for which he he started crying about the excessive mileage and the question of who would pay him for fuel .
I told him that it was literally 150 meters and in any case the store was along the route of his departure ...
And now the most interesting thing: he had my 40 rubles in his hands, I had to give him 33 rubles, in the rush of exchange when I literally jumped out to solve the issue faster, I changed 20 rubles.at the kiosk, I gave him 13 rubles and another 20 rubles, after which he left safely.
After coming to my senses after a while, I realized that in the hustle and bustle I really fucked up and "gave" 40 rubles to the person ...
Plus, the driver turned out to be very forgetful and did not give the "gift " set of tools, I discovered this when I opened the package.

All my calls to LLC "Zikmes" are like peas against the wall...
Why am I writing this comment ?, The fact is that I am already in my 7th decade and, due to the return, the thought process is already objectively slowing down...This is objective and it is much easier to "separate " the categories of elderly people...what I think such nimble and supposedly "forgetful" people use...well, representatives and managers at the moment of the company "Zikmes" LLC are dismissive of the quality of customer services.
