I contacted the service center to replace the battery in the watch, since
the watch is still under warranty, only this service center can open it. The impressions are the most terrible. The foreman at the Labor site in Gomel is extremely unfriendly, the attitude is boorish, and he cannot properly explain the functioning of the service center. Moreover, they can't just replace my battery in Gomel. The clock has been rolling for almost a month from Gomel to Minsk and back. This is despite the fact that I am constantly calling and wondering at what stage the repair is.
And they haven't returned my watch yet. I don't think much would have moved if I hadn't called.
The most striking thing is that when buying a watch, the store assures that "everything will be replaced in our workshop," and when it comes to business, the store replies, "we have nothing to do with this workshop, this service center." It turns out that the Ziko store initially misleads customers. There are still a lot of complaints about consultants, no tact in communication. There are a lot of negative impressions, you can still paint for a long time, one thing I can say is that I have no desire to enter this store and even more so to buy something, I also do not advise friends and acquaintances.
Let's focus on the staff. An ABSOLUTELY incompetent consultant answered the phone call. I was busy, but I didn't get any specific answers. Everything is somehow streamlined and uninformative. As a buyer who wanted to purchase a product, it was incomprehensible and strange to me that there was no reservation, there was no information about the receipt. The girl keeps saying, "there is no product at the moment." I am very, very disappointed in a store that positions itself as a serious chain.
