I handed over the watch I bought in the store to replace the battery on July 1, 2024. As of today, July 23, and the transferred watch has still not been returned (although they promised to do everything within 2 weeks). There is no feedback from the store's staff. The attitude towards the client is careless.
A disgusting store, a silver chain was bought and broke due to improper quality, the warranty was, sent for examination for 2 weeks, returned torn and said that they themselves were to blame because they slept in it ahahaha
