They don't pay attention, you wait with an empty hall, you ask and then you wait, the staff just walk by with sour faces. There is no consultation, there is no normal inspection, as if you get to a car dealer - replacement immediately after a sideways glance at the product. In the Repass service center, the attitude in general and the professionalism of the staff do not even make sense to compare with Zico. I recommend a massage, the only thing is that not all watches are serviced, unfortunately

I contacted the service center several times. At first, the dial was replaced under warranty, on which a crack was found, a month later I noticed that corrosion appeared on the case and applied for termination of the contract and a refund. In both cases, despite the fact that they gave a deadline of 14 days for processing the application, they coped with their work quickly, called back the next week after the request and informed them that they could take the watch. Without question, they issued an opinion on the possibility of a refund, so we went to the Zico Gallery and instead bought other watches more expensive than the previous ones. Wonderful sellers work in the store: courteous, pleasant in communication and appearance, able to answer questions of interest. After the purchase, we returned to the service center, where they removed the extra links on my watch for free in less than 10 minutes. I have a pleasant impression of interacting with this network. The customer is treated like a human being, therefore it is possible that in the future we will return to this network for shopping.
