We visited Zico today. Upset with the staff. Firstly, no one approached us when choosing the rings. I had to stand for 15 minutes, then they came up to us, asking us to come up to us!one girl was busy with a man, whom she helped to choose a watch, everything is clear here, this is correct, of course. But the second girl, a brunette, was standing in the computer at that moment and there was zero reaction to us until they came up themselves. When choosing rings, there was not a drop of advice, no matter which ring looked better. The girl stood silent, and just handed over those rings that I said. I even hinted that I wanted a ring that did not look like my own, but apparently they did not understand the hint, and continued to remain silent. I believe that a consultant should offer, advise and help with the choice. Otherwise, what is it for, to serve rings and keep silent? I would like to be more attentive to visitors.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I came to exchange an old silver chain and was satisfied. The service itself is quite tedious, but the girls explained and showed me everything in an accessible way. We also helped with the selection of products, thank you very much for your service!
