I am disappointed with the purchase and the company's approach. When buying a necklace and pearl earrings, I asked the consultant if the pearls were natural. After receiving a positive response, I bought both products. At home, when unpacking, I found on the etiquette of the earrings that they were made of artificial pearls. For me, this moment was critical. I applied to the company with a claim asking for a refund, as the consultant misled me about the characteristics of the product. I was refused.
Unprofessional and lack of customer loyalty.
This is the first time I have come across such a position of a jewelry store.
They hold a campaign with gifts, but they can't give them away for more than 10 days.
This gift was not available at the time of purchase. They wrote down the phone number on a piece of paper and said they would call back.
13 days have passed since the purchase of the product, but they still do not call. I was there the other day -- they haven't brought these gifts yet to distribute (and there was delivery in other salons, they distributed them there).
No one pulls the tongue with these gifts, but if you go for it (and they launched such an advertising campaign that there were advertising booklets even in the elevators) - be ready to quickly resolve issues with customers. If you can't give out one thing, offer another for the same amount. Better yet, prepare what you promise in advance.
I will think about it many times to contact this jewelry chain again
I bought a wristwatch, not cheap, after 5 days I noticed that the time was behind, although it was accurate. As a result, the refusal of warranty service and replacement of the device. "Make repairs for your money" of the NEW device. It's absurd!
