After calling the service wizard, I received an answer: That's how it was, I didn't spoil anything. In any case, do not contact this service for high-quality repairs, as well as apologies. A terrible, simply nightmarish "master". I add that after 2 weeks we sent a reply: You signed the acceptance certificate, which means that everything is fine with you. Never contact this office.
